South African plug, also known as SANS South African national standard plug, SANS is changed from SABS standard, South African national standard plug is divided into big South African plug and small South African plug, usually three cylinders form a triangle. Structure and composition

Pins: There are solid copper pins and hollow copper pins.

Solid copper feet: Turned from copper rods, the head strength is good, but the lead content is high (pb>20000ppm), the riveting parts are difficult to handle, and annealing is required. Due to the high waste of materials, the cost is high.

Hollow copper foot: It is processed by stamping technology. The hollow cavity is generally filled with plastic to enhance the strength of the head. The lead content is very low (pb<100ppm). The riveting part adopts friction annealing technology. The material is more environmentally friendly and the cost is lower. Low, the market prospect is good.

Plastic shell: PC material or PP material

Screws: colored zinc screws or other screws.

Style: South African plugs are available in injection molded and assembled. Generally speaking, the injection-molded South African plug is directly connected to the power cord and cannot be disassembled or repaired. As for the assembled type, it is equipped with screws, and customers can choose wires to configure the product by themselves. It can be photographed and is easy to maintain.
